Meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Clarkson Valley at City Hall (Fru-Con Center), December 4, 2012.

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. A roll call was taken with the following results:

Alderperson Sittser made a motion to accept the Minutes.  Alderperson Midyett seconded the motion.  A voice vote was taken to accept the Minutes with an affirmative result and the motion was declared passed.  

REMARKS, PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS 

There were no remarks, petitions or complaints.   

REPORTS 

St. Louis County Police Report:  Officer John Wehner was introduced and everyone welcomed him from the midnight shift serving Clarkson Valley for the past three years to his new position serving as NPO.  He handed out the November 2012 Police Report.   

Mayor’s Report 

Court Report:  The total amount collected for traffic fines and court costs for the month of November 2012 was $15,469.10.  

Kingspointe Subdivision Meeting:  Mayor Douglass said he attended the Kingspointe subdivision meeting this past month. 

Alderpersons' Reports 

There were no reports.   

City Attorney's Report 

There was no report.   

UNFINISHED BUSINESS 

There was no unfinished business.   

NEW BUSINESS 

There was no new business.   

Audit:  Alderperson Schultz made a motion to approve for payment invoices in the amount of $83,491.04, seconded by Alderperson King.  A voice vote was taken with a unanimous affirmative result and the motion was declared passed.  

Alderperson Meyer made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Alderperson Midyett.  A voice vote was taken with a unanimous affirmative result and the motion was declared passed.  The Meeting of the Board of Aldermen adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
